As of 10:10 a.m. on May 27, 2025, the KOSPI stood at 2,633.49, down 10.91 points (0.41%) from the previous trading day.
By investor type, foreign investors and institutions are net selling 2.8 billion won and 50 billion won, respectively. In contrast, individual investors are net buying 44.9 billion won.
By sector, the electricity and gas sector is down 2.92%, while securities, electrical and electronic, and insurance sectors are each falling by more than 1%. In contrast, the medical and precision sector is up 4.74%, and construction is also rising by 1.02%.
Among the top market cap stocks, Samsung Electronics is trading at 54,200 won, down 500 won (0.91%) from the previous trading day. NAVER is down 2.29%, and SK hynix, Samsung Biologics, and LG Energy Solution are each falling by more than 1%. In contrast, Hanwha Aerospace is up 4.92%, and Celltrion is also rising by 1.37%.
The KOSDAQ stood at 724.96, down 0.31 points (0.04%) from the previous trading day.
By investor type, foreign investors and institutions have net sold 48.6 billion won and 7.9 billion won, respectively. In contrast, individual investors have net bought 62.3 billion won.
By sector, the electrical and electronic sector is down 1.15%. In contrast, the general services sector is up 1.72%.
Among the top market cap stocks, Alteogen is trading at 341,500 won, up 10,000 won (3.02%) from the previous trading day. In addition, ABL Bio is soaring by 8.01%, and Kolon TissueGene is also up 4.97%. Furthermore, LIG ChemBio and SM are each rising by more than 2%. In contrast, EcoPro BM is down 3.86%, while EcoPro and Rainbow Robotics are falling by 2.03% and 1.95%, respectively.
