On May 27, Shinhan Investment & Securities announced that it is enhancing its digital consultation services to ensure that clients can receive professional investment advice anytime and anywhere.
First, the company has extended its consultation operating hours by two hours, now offering services until 8 p.m. on weekdays to improve client accessibility. In addition, in line with the launch of the Alternative Trading System (ATS), a dedicated consultation team has been established within the customer support center to provide more specialized advice.
Furthermore, the Shinhan Investment & Securities Digital PB Center launched a new "Credit Loan Consultation Team" in March 2025. This team focuses not only on handling simple loan tasks but also on providing sound investment guidance tailored to each client's financial situation and investment objectives.
The "Chat Consultation Service" has also been enhanced. The newly launched chat consultation service, which opened on May 22, features a client-friendly UI/UX to improve usability. It is also characterized by the "Consultation Advisor Support" function, which utilizes generative artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver faster and more accurate information. In the future, the company plans to introduce an account authentication system to support personalized consultations for clients.

He added, "We will continue to improve client satisfaction through client-centered consultation service innovation and the advancement of digital wealth management."
Meanwhile, the Shinhan Investment & Securities Customer Support Center has been selected as a "Korea Excellent Call Center" by KSQI for four consecutive years and recorded an average score of 95 points in monthly regular client satisfaction surveys in 2025. To address clients' thirst for investment information, Shinhan Investment & Securities also operates the "Shinhan MyPB Members" membership service for premium digital clients.
