Additional 40 Stores Added This Year
MeAI announced on the 27th that it has signed an expanded supply agreement with LG Electronics for its in-store analytics artificial intelligence (AI) solution 'mAsh', and will provide the solution to 60 LG Electronics Best Shop stores nationwide.
Through this partnership, MeAI will propose optimal operational strategies for each LG Electronics Best Shop location and support performance improvement. In particular, the company will analyze each step of the customer journey?including product experience, staff consultation, and purchase?identify areas for improvement, and help enhance both the in-store experience and purchase conversion rates.
Additionally, MeAI will optimize space management for each store using customized strategies based on various data and insights available through the mAsh web dashboard, 'mAsh Board'. For example, stores with low visitor traffic will receive promotional planning support, stores with low product trial rates will see adjustments in product placement and customer flow, and stores with low consultation conversion rates relative to visitor numbers will receive improvements in customer engagement methods.
In 2022, MeAI supplied the 'Smart Tracking Plan' of mAsh to LG Electronics Best Shop Gangseo Main Store and Gangbuk Main Store to conduct a proof of concept (PoC). After expanding to 20 stores in 2023, the solution was additionally applied to 40 more stores earlier this year.
