Chabot Mobility, a mobility platform company, announced on May 26 that it has signed a strategic business agreement with GNA, a company specializing in automobility, to strengthen its new and used car financing business as well as its auto commerce services.

The signing ceremony, which took place at the GNA headquarters on May 23, was attended by Byeonghee Kang, Vice President of Chabot Mobility, Sewon Kwak, Head of New Car Business at GNA, and other key executives from both companies.

This agreement was signed to create synergy by leveraging the core strengths of both companies in a rapidly evolving, online-centered automotive trading environment. Chabot Mobility possesses integrated auto commerce capabilities and strengths in customer engagement, while GNA has expertise in the auto sales sector and an extensive sales network.

Through this partnership, Chabot Mobility has established a foundation to more precisely expand its services across all areas of automotive transactions, including leasing, rentals, and used car financing. At the same time, GNA will be able to significantly strengthen its online channels through the Chabot platform.

In particular, by organically linking GNA's long-term car rental price comparison app "Datalab" with Chabot's personalized purchase consulting, insurance, and installation services, the companies expect to expand their customer base and achieve high customer satisfaction through service diversification.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to build an integrated service environment by connecting their key services and systems. On the Chabot platform, they will operate a special section for leasing and rentals based on joint branding with GNA.

Looking ahead, their strategy is to establish a trustworthy digital auto commerce ecosystem by advancing digital distribution channels, supporting Chabot's installation and maintenance services, and selling used car insurance.

Vice President Kang stated, "Through close cooperation between our two companies, we will provide customers with a complete auto concierge service that they have never experienced before. Furthermore, in the mid- to long-term, we will gradually expand our collaborative model to enter the global market."
