Booyoung Group (with Booyoung Housing as the construction company) announced on May 26 that it will begin sales of the commercial units in 'Gwangyang Moksung Parkview Booyoung' Complexes 1 and 2, which were supplied as post-sale properties in Moksung District, Moksungeup, Gwangyang-si, Jeonnam, on June 12.
The commercial units consist of a total of 2 buildings, with 6 stores in each building, amounting to 12 stores. Located on the first floor along the road near the main entrance of each complex, the stores offer excellent accessibility. As these commercial units are situated within a large-scale complex of 1,490 households, stable demand is secured, making stable returns expected.

The open competitive bidding will take place on June 12, with contract signing scheduled for June 13. Both the bidding and contract signing will be held at the Gwangyang Moksung Parkview Booyoung model house. Further details are available on the 'Sarangeuro Booyoung' sales website.

Complex 2 consists of 9 buildings with 1 basement floor and 28 above-ground floors, offering 766 units with an exclusive area of 59 square meters.
