Gyeonggi Office of Education Holds Digital-AI Linked Early Childhood Nutrition and Dietary Education Training

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education conducted the '2025 Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Linked Early Childhood Nutrition and Dietary Education Training Course' to lead changes in early childhood nutrition and dietary education and to strengthen teachers' digital competencies.


The Office announced on the 26th that, from the 13th to the 23rd, it organized a customized 16-hour curriculum for more than 90 kindergarten nutrition teachers and teachers at locations including the Southern Office. The program was based on the revised Nuri Curriculum and took into account the developmental characteristics of young children.

The main topics of the training included: ▲ know-how in creating and utilizing early childhood nutrition education content required in the digital transformation era; ▲ methods for establishing proactive play environments that reflect new trends in early childhood education; ▲ and the use of AI and digital tools to improve work efficiency.


In particular, by integrating digital and AI technologies into early childhood nutrition and dietary education, the program enabled teachers to respond proactively to changes in the future educational environment and to support children's healthy growth in a more systematic and professional manner.


An official from the Office stated, "This training will enhance the digital teaching capabilities of field teachers and present new directions for early childhood nutrition and dietary education, contributing to the growth of children as healthy and happy future talents."
