Gwangju Employers Federation Confirms "Trump and the Middle East Situation" as June Friday Breakfast Forum Theme

The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on the 26th that it will hold its Friday Breakfast Forum three times next month, covering a range of topics including Trump 2.0 and the situation in the Middle East.

The 1,688th Friday Breakfast Forum will take place on June 13 in the Convention Hall on the third floor of the Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel. The event will begin with a lecture by Kang Un-tae, former mayor of Gwangju and currently an honorary distinguished professor at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, under the theme "The Path of a Leader: Dreams, Challenges, and Achievements."

On June 20, Hyun-do Park, a professor at the EuroMENA Institute of Sogang University and author of books such as "Exploring the Islamic World: Visiting Iran," will deliver a lecture on "Trump 2.0 and the Situation in the Middle East."

On June 27, Hee-sook Noh, head of HS Smart Education Center and author of several books including "On Stress About Burnout," will give a lecture on the theme "Overcoming Fatigue! Mind-Body Connection."

Jin-seok Yang, chairman of the federation, stated, "While the May forum focused on seeking alternatives for entering the Chinese market amid the era of Trump and chaos, the June forum will address the ongoing tariff wars under the Trump administration after the presidential election and issues in the Middle East. We expect these topics to help resolve the pressing concerns about expanding into overseas markets such as the Middle East."
