LG Electronics has been selected as the "Most Trusted Appliance Brand of 2025" by Reviewed.com, the review-focused media outlet of USA Today, the largest daily newspaper in the United States.

According to industry sources on May 25, Reviewed.com recently named LG Electronics as the most trusted brand of the year, stating, "Based on comprehensive consideration of product reviews from recent years, reader feedback, user reviews, and opinions from home appliance industry insiders, we have consistently found LG's name ranking at the top."
The outlet further praised LG Electronics, saying, "While some niche brands have built trust in one or two areas, LG has demonstrated consistently high reliability across all appliance categories, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, and microwaves." It added, "To earn customers' trust in home appliances, it is important not only for products to function well, but also to have a strong warranty policy and an accessible service network for replacement parts. LG meets all of these criteria."
Outstanding products by category included Samsung Electronics (tower washer-dryer, induction range), Bosch (dishwasher), General Electric (GE, top-load washer, all-in-one washer-dryer), Hisense (refrigerator), and Electrolux (dryer, front-load washer).
LG Electronics is strengthening its reputation and position in the United States. In the appliance brand reliability evaluation conducted by Consumer Reports, the largest nonprofit consumer media outlet in the U.S., LG has maintained the No. 1 spot for overall appliance brands (across eight categories) for six consecutive years. This evaluation is based on objective indicators such as satisfaction scores and failure rates from actual product owners. LG's ultra-premium built-in appliance brand "SKS" also ranked sixth in the same survey.
