"I've only held about three or four concerts so far. I don't know when I'll get to do another one. That's why I wanted to make this one special and prepared for it."
Singer Jay Park has returned with a world tour for the first time in six years. On the afternoon of the 24th, at the Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, he filled the stage at the "2025 Jay Park World Tour Serenades and Bodyrolls in Seoul" with sensuality and passion, clearly showcasing his unique style.
Debuting in 2008 and now in his 18th year as a singer, he said, "I grew up in the United States and came to Korea to walk my own path," adding, "I'm stubborn and not the type to just go along with things, so I'm grateful that you've watched over me for 17 years." It was a stage bursting with sensuality and groove. When he took off his shirt and performed a restrained twerking, the 3,400 audience members erupted in cheers like fireworks.
This concert marked his first world tour in six years since "SEXY 4EVA" in 2019, and was themed around "Serenades" and "Body Rolls," offering a variety of charms. Opening the show with "Ohx3," he continued to heat up the stage with songs like "Drive," "Candy," "Ganadara," "Star," and "Stay With Me." Sitting in a large frame decorated with flowers, Jay Park delivered a sweet live performance accompanied by the band, further elevating the atmosphere of the venue.
Jay Park balanced the stage with controlled performances and sensuous live vocals. For "Solo," he remixed Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us," and as he performed "All I Wanna Do," "If We're Not There, It's Not a Party," and "Keep It Sexy (Mommae 2)" in succession, the audience stood up, stomped their feet, and sang along in unison.

His witty banter also shone. Since hosting the KBS2 music program "Jay Park's Drive," he seemed more relaxed and spent a lot of time communicating with fans. He joked about having slightly torn a ligament while practicing dance, and midway through the show, he took off his jacket and dominated the stage in a sleeveless shirt. After taking off his shirt, Jay Park quipped, "Can you dim the lights a bit? I've been working out and dieting hard, but with the lights this bright, you can't really see my body."
Guest performers also helped heat up the atmosphere. Singer Sung Si Kyung added a sweet mood by singing "To You" and "Every Moment of You." He said, "Jay Park is a polite and upright person. His music is hip, but he's humble. That's what makes him so lovable," adding, "I hope this is an opportunity for us to become closer." Natty of the group Kiss of Life also joined Jay Park on stage, performing "Sugar Coat" and "Taxi Blurr" together.
The excitement grew even stronger toward the end. Before performing "Soju," Jay Park mentioned his premium distilled soju brand, Won Soju, joking, "It doesn't sell as well as it used to, but it hasn't gone out of business." He added, "I'm thinking about how to make the brand even cooler, so please look forward to it."
At this concert, fans sang along even to songs that hadn't reached the top of the charts, and the stage and audience became one in a chorus of cheers. Jay Park wrapped up the show with an encore performance of "Mommae," celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. He ended the night with a passionate performance alongside HolyBang dancer Honey J, keeping the energy high until the very end.
