The company is offering a total of 1.4 million shares. The desired offering price is between 29,000 and 32,000 KRW. Book-building for institutional investors will take place from May 26 to May 30, followed by public subscription on June 9 and June 10. The lead underwriter is Kiwoom Securities.
◆GFC Life Science = Founded in 2002, GFC Life Science is a life science bio company that provides a one-stop solution from the production to testing of natural bio materials. The company possesses core technologies for developing and validating converged bio materials, including skin microbiome, exosome, and plant cell materials.
The company is offering a total of 784,000 shares. The desired price band is between 12,300 and 15,300 KRW, and based on the upper end, the total offering size is 12 billion KRW. Book-building for institutional investors, which will determine the final offering price, will be held for five business days from May 30 to June 9. Public subscription for general investors will take place on June 12 and June 13. The lead underwriter is Daishin Securities.

◆Linksolution = The expected offering price is between 20,000 and 23,000 KRW. The company is offering a total of 900,000 shares. Book-building was completed by May 22, and public subscription will be held over two days on May 27 and May 28. The company aims to list on the KOSDAQ market within this year. The lead underwriter is Shinyoung Securities.
Founded in 2015, Linksolution is a 3D printing company that not only develops and sells 3D printer equipment but also provides differentiated one-stop customized 3D printing services. The company contributes to transforming traditional manufacturing methods into smart automated manufacturing through its high-precision, high-speed printing technology and a platform with excellent material compatibility.
◆GC Genome = The desired offering price is between 9,000 and 10,500 KRW, with an expected offering amount of 36 billion to 42 billion KRW. Book-building was completed by May 23, and public subscription will be held on May 29 and May 30. The company plans to be listed on the KOSDAQ market within the first half of the year. The lead underwriter is Samsung Securities.
