Lotte Mart and Supermarket to Exclusively Sell "Double Bianco Salted Milk & Shine Muscat" Ice Cream

On May 25, Lotte Mart and Lotte Supermarket announced that they will exclusively sell "Double Bianco Salted Milk & Shine Muscat (210ml)" in the retail industry starting May 26.

Double Bianco Salted Milk & Shine Muscat features a smooth milk ice cream with added salt, creating a mild sweetness that is not overpowering. The ice cream MD (merchandiser) at Lotte Mart and Supermarket conducted multiple taste tests over three months to find the optimal balance between salt and ice cream, ensuring that consumers would not find the saltiness excessive. At the bottom of the product, refreshing Shine Muscat sherbet has been added, allowing customers to enjoy a harmonious blend of two flavors. The price is 1,400 KRW per piece.

"Seojoo Pine Coco Yogurt Bingsu (250ml)" is also being sold exclusively at a price of 3,000 KRW per piece. Inspired by pineapple sherbet, this product offers a cool and refreshing taste. Sweet coconut pieces, which are commonly used as toppings for ice cream and bingsu, have been added to enhance the chewy texture.

Jiyoon Ahn, MD of the Frozen Food Team at Lotte Mart and Supermarket, stated, "With the early heat causing midday temperatures to exceed 25 degrees Celsius, we expect demand for ice cream, a representative summer favorite, to rise accordingly. As we enter the full summer season, we will continue to launch unique new products to further boost ice cream sales."
