The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pilho) announced on the 23rd that it had provided five units of the mobile temporary housing facility "Hope House" and five storage units for storing various belongings to disaster victims in Cheongsong County, Gyeongbuk, who lost their homes in a large wildfire in March.

The "Hope House" units installed by Hope Bridge are modular prefabricated homes, designed with a steel frame structure covering approximately 27 square meters (8 pyeong). Each unit is equipped with basic living facilities, including a room with storage space, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The houses feature excellent insulation performance, providing a comfortable living environment during both the extreme heat of summer and the severe cold of winter. In addition, earthquake-resistant design has been applied to ensure safety.

Kim Bunsun, an 84-year-old resident who moved into a Hope House, said, "It pains me to see my burned-down house right outside the window, but I am so grateful to have a place to live like this. I couldn't sleep properly after the wildfire, but since coming here, I have been able to rest peacefully."

Shin Hoon, Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, stated, "I hope that Hope House will not just be a temporary shelter, but a starting point for 'hope'?the belief that life can begin again. I send warm comfort and encouragement to the disaster victims who will rebuild their daily lives here."
