IBK Corporate Bank Selects 3rd Super Rookie WM Cohort

IBK Corporate Bank announced that on the 22nd, it held the launch ceremony for the '3rd Super Rookie WM' and selected new members who will lead the future of the asset management sector at its headquarters in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul.

'Super Rookie WM' is a program designed to secure future talent in asset management at an early stage and nurture them into outstanding asset management professionals by selecting entry-level employees who demonstrate passion and potential in asset management. The launch ceremony was attended by key executives, including Executive Director Kim Hyungil and Vice President of the Asset Management Group Oh Eunseon.

Since launching the first cohort in 2023, IBK Corporate Bank has selected Super Rookie WM members every year. This year, following intense competition among young employees aspiring to become asset management experts, a final group of 20 was selected.

The selected employees will develop asset management capabilities through a wide range of support, including intensive training by experts in finance, taxation, and real estate, participation in external seminars, and professional development programs. They will also receive career management mentoring from senior private bankers and headquarters managers.
