Dong-Eui University of Science Department of Nursing Holds 'Employment All-in-One Special Lecture' for Fourth-Year Students

From Resume Writing to Real-World Interview Strategies

The Department of Nursing at Dong-Eui University of Science (President Kim Youngdo) successfully held the "Department of Nursing Employment All-in-One: Special Employment Lecture" for fourth-year students on May 10.

This special lecture, held under the theme "Hospital-tailored Resume Writing and Practical Interview Tips!", was organized to support graduating nursing students in preparing for employment and to strengthen their practical job-seeking skills.

The lecture was led by Han Dongsu, CEO of the Nurse Research Institute, who provided practical, job-focused information on hospital recruitment trends, resume evaluation criteria, and interview strategies.

Participating students were able to enhance their employment skills by learning practical tips for writing resumes and mastering key interview elements. They also had the opportunity to prepare for real-world job applications by receiving explanations that reflected the perspectives of actual hospital HR managers.

Seo Mikyung, the career advisor for the Department of Nursing at Dong-Eui University of Science, said, "I hope this special lecture has helped students set the right direction for their job search and gain confidence," adding, "We will continue to operate a variety of programs to help students explore career paths and strengthen their employment competencies."

A fourth-year nursing student who participated in the special lecture shared, "I was able to concretely determine the direction for writing my resume, which had previously felt vague," and added, "The detailed advice on attitude, tone, and even eye contact during actual interviews was extremely helpful."

Kim Yoonji, head of the Department of Nursing at Dong-Eui University of Science, stated, "This special employment lecture was a valuable opportunity to help students prepare for employment with confidence," and emphasized, "We will continue to actively provide practical career support programs so that students can grow into professional nursing talents."
