Pocheon Culture and Tourism Foundation to Implement 'Pigeonvalley Camping Site Priority Reservation System for Pocheon Citizens' Starting in June

The Pocheon Culture and Tourism Foundation (CEO Lee Junghyo) announced on May 23 that it will officially implement the 'Pigeonvalley Camping Site Priority Reservation System for Pocheon Citizens' starting in June, in order to enhance cultural welfare for local residents and improve convenience in the use of public facilities.

The priority reservation system was introduced to help Pocheon citizens use the Pigeonvalley Camping Site more reliably, in response to high demand for the facility.

The Pocheon Citizen Priority Reservation System will be applied for July reservations from June 2 to June 8. General reservations will begin on June 9.

The priority reservation is available to citizens whose registered address on their resident registration is in Pocheon. Approximately 30% (24 sites) of the total camping sites will be allocated to Pocheon citizens on a priority basis.

Each person can reserve only one site, and the person who made the reservation must check in in person. On the day of use, guests must bring an ID or supporting documents. If the guest is not a Pocheon citizen or if the person checking in is different from the person who made the reservation, entry will be restricted.

Reservations can only be made online through the official Pigeonvalley Camping Site website; telephone reservations are not accepted. If a reservation is made using someone else's name or by other fraudulent means, restrictions on use and other disadvantages may apply, so special attention is required.

Detailed information can be found in the announcements section on the Pigeonvalley Camping Site website.

Meanwhile, the foundation plans to introduce a citizen authentication system linked to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's non-face-to-face qualification verification service, so that citizens can easily make priority reservations online in the future.
