Korea Tourism Organization to Hold Mini Job Fair on June 5... Hana Tour, Modetour, Inspire Resort to Participate

Recruitment Consultations and On-site Interviews at Seoul Employment Center

The Korea Tourism Organization announced on May 23 that, together with the Seoul Employment and Labor Office, it will hold a 'Tourism Mini Job Fair (Job Fair)' at the Seoul Employment Center on June 5, 2025.

This job fair has been organized to attract talent who will lead the future of the tourism industry and to support companies in need of new hires, in line with the growing trend of frequent and ongoing recruitment.

Twelve companies, including Hana Tour, Modetour, and Inspire Resort, will participate in the job fair. Participating companies plan to recruit suitable talent for their organizations not only through job consultations with job seekers but also through on-site interviews. A talk concert will also be held to help attendees explore career paths in the tourism industry and understand various job roles. Professionals currently working in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) and aviation sectors will participate directly to share insights on the characteristics of their roles and job-seeking strategies. In addition, a variety of supplementary programs will be available to support job seekers, including an Incruit aptitude test, artificial intelligence (AI) video interviews, resume photo shoots, and career consulting.

Kim Namcheon, Head of Tourism Talent Development at the Korea Tourism Organization, stated, "According to the 2025 Tourism Job Demand Survey, 44% of tourism companies responded that they conduct ongoing recruitment," and added, "The Korea Tourism Organization will continue to reflect the hiring needs of tourism companies and identify the needs of those seeking employment in the tourism sector, creating a variety of opportunities for connection."

Meanwhile, the Seoul Employment and Labor Office will provide a range of support services for participating companies, including employment incentives.
