Kumho E&C announced on May 22 that "Cheongju Technopolis Atera Phase 2," supplied in Munam-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, achieved a complete sell-out just two weeks after contracts began.

Following last year's successful sales of "Cheongju Technopolis Atera" (1,450 units), the second phase has also concluded its contracts smoothly.

Cheongju Technopolis Atera Phase 2 recorded a competition rate of 109.7 to 1 on average during the first-priority subscription held last month. This was the second-highest rate among all apartment subscriptions nationwide this year. The project attracted strong interest from real buyers, as it was subject to the price ceiling system and is the last privately developed complex within Cheongju Technopolis.

The complex consists of seven apartment buildings, ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 32 floors above ground, with a total of 576 units, each with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. Including the complex sold last year within Cheongju Technopolis, the Atera brand town will comprise a total of 2,026 units.

Kumho E&C applied the distinctive design features unique to the Atera brand. The project maximized space utilization with a four-bay, cross-ventilation layout, which is highly preferred by buyers, and included features such as master bedroom dressing rooms, alpha rooms, and attic-specialized spaces depending on the unit type. Ample parking was provided, with 1.52 spaces per unit, and a variety of community facilities were included, such as a fitness center, small library, daycare center, and kids' station.

A Kumho E&C representative stated, "We will create the best residential space where all residents can be satisfied, and we will repay our customers with diligent construction so that Atera can become a new landmark in the region."

Kumho E&C has designated this year as the "first year of Atera expansion" and plans to supply approximately 5,000 units nationwide. The company is currently selling "Eco Delta City Atera" in Busan (1,025 units) and plans to offer "Osan Segyo Atera" (433 units) in Osan, Gyeonggi Province, among others.
