On May 22, Jinhae District in Changwon Special City, South Gyeongsang Province, completed a comprehensive inspection of facilities at seven drainage pump stations, including the Yongwon Drainage Pump Station.

The inspection covered the operation of drainage pumps, communication connectivity of the central control system, operation of emergency generators, and the functioning of electrical and mechanical facilities such as CCTVs and water level gauges. The district expects that these proactive measures will strengthen the structural stability of the facilities.
Drainage pump station facilities are crucial for ensuring community safety, and they play a key role in protecting the lives and property of citizens by maintaining smooth drainage operations, especially during the heavy rainfall of the monsoon season.
