Mona Yongpyong to Continue Wellness Specialist Training Program for Youth... "Practicing ESG Management"

Mona Yongpyong (CEO Lim Hakwoon) announced on May 22, 2025, that it will continue to operate the "Wellness College" program in 2025. This program is part of the "Youth Work Experience Support Project (ESG Support Type)" organized by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and aims to train young wellness professionals.

"Wellness College" is a flagship youth education program jointly operated by Mona Yongpyong and the wellness education company Sanso Baljaguk, as part of Mona Yongpyong's efforts to implement the social (S) aspect of ESG management. The program is offered entirely free of charge to unemployed youth aged 18 to 34, providing a total of five weeks (90 hours) of theoretical and practical training. In particular, it combines job competency required in the wellness industry with hands-on experience, focusing on strengthening the employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of young participants.

This program is designed to systematically enhance job competencies related to the concept of "wellness," which is gaining attention in modern society. The curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of wellness-based content such as self-reflection, meditation, and yoga, and is structured as a practice-oriented course that enables participants to actually plan and operate wellness programs. Through this, participants can develop both confidence and practical expertise in wellness-related careers.

"Wellness College" began in 2022 as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's "Future Tomorrow Youth Work Experience Project," and has produced a total of 750 youth graduates to date. The program boasts a completion rate of 98% and an average participant satisfaction rate of 96%, earning high marks as a quality youth job training program.

A Mona Yongpyong representative stated, "The goal of Wellness College goes beyond simple vocational training to provide real on-site competencies and sustainable career opportunities," adding, "We will continue to practice ESG management and contribute to building a healthy ecosystem in the wellness industry and nurturing young talent."
