Arklink, a company specializing in countering "body cam phishing," announced on May 24 that it will run the "Safe Support Campaign" for youth victims of body cam phishing throughout June.
This campaign is a monthly ongoing support program designed to ensure that teenage victims of body cam phishing can receive prompt and safe assistance. In June, up to 15 individuals per month will be eligible for completely free access to the solution. Notably, victims who participate in counseling with their guardians will be given priority for campaign support.
Arklink has observed a steady increase in reported cases involving youth victims and is working to establish a comprehensive support system that goes beyond technical responses to include psychological recovery.
An Arklink representative stated, "Body cam phishing is a crime that causes both psychological trauma and disruption to daily life in a short period of time. For teenage victims, early intervention is especially critical. We hope this campaign will serve as an opportunity to provide a fast and safe path to recovery in times of crisis."
Consultations and support applications can be submitted 24 hours a day through the chat inquiry option at the bottom of Arklink's official website. In the event of an incident, customized support is provided immediately, including prevention of video spread, application of response solutions, and connection to psychological counseling.
Arklink plans to continue expanding its private-sector support activities to protect victims of digital crimes, including youth, in the future.
