Kim Kyungsoo, former governor of South Gyeongsang Province and chief campaign manager of the Democratic Party of Korea's central election committee, wrote on social media on the 20th, "At 11 a.m. today, I visited Bongha Village in Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province with Mr. Kim Jangha." He added, "This came about after I visited Jinju on May 4 and had a conversation with Mr. Kim Jangha."

On this day, Kim Jangha, former director of the Male Culture Foundation, paid his respects at the gravesite of the late President Roh Moo-hyun together with Kim Kyungsoo, former governor of South Gyeongsang Province, and others. Now in his eighties, Kim Jangha walked with the support of Kim Kyungsoo and others, laid flowers at the grave of former President Roh, and bowed his head in silent tribute. It has been 24 years since former President Roh Moo-hyun unexpectedly visited Jinju Namseongdang Herbal Medicine Clinic in the fall of 2001 and met former Chairman Kim. When those who paid their respects together asked, "How do you feel visiting for the first time?" former Chairman Kim replied, "I miss him."

Meanwhile, Moon Hyungbae, former acting chief justice of the Constitutional Court, once named Kim Jangha as a person he respects. Kim Jangha, who ran the Namseongdang Herbal Medicine Clinic in Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province, awarded scholarships to more than 1,000 students, including Moon Hyungbae, and donated the Myungshin High School he founded to the state. His good deeds became more widely known through the documentary "Elder Kim Jangha." Lee Jaemyung, the Democratic Party of Korea's presidential candidate, also met with Kim Jangha in Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province, on the 10th and had a tea conversation with him for about 30 minutes.
