Residents-Only Membership Service Launched... "Anard Beomeo" Attracts Growing Interest from High-Net-Worth Individuals

Posco E&C has announced that "Anard Beomeo," a development project in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu (the former Daegu MBC site), will introduce a residents-only membership service with enhanced privacy, drawing significant attention from high-net-worth individuals.

One of the membership services, the "Concierge Service," assists with reservations for culture, leisure, fine dining, and tickets, as well as supports various resident requests such as legal, tax, consulting, and protocol services. Requests are received through Anard Beomeo's exclusive resident call center. After consultation and registration, a dedicated service team is assigned to provide tailored services according to each request.

The complex also plans to offer an "Academy" service. The Academy will feature a variety of high-quality programs exclusively for Anard Beomeo residents, including guest speaker events, wine & whisky lectures, premium sports lessons such as golf, and art exhibitions.

A representative of Anard Beomeo stated, "High-net-worth individuals often form inner-circle communities where they share information and opinions based on their place of residence. To provide a venue for resident socializing, we planned the Academy service," adding, "There is currently a great deal of interest in both the residents-only concierge service and the Academy service."

Meanwhile, Anard Beomeo is a high-end residential complex being constructed by Posco E&C, which has successfully built luxury residential facilities such as LCT in Haeundae, Busan, and Brighton N40 in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The project will consist of six basement levels and 33 above-ground floors, with a total of five buildings. Of these, four buildings will be apartments, offering 604 units with exclusive areas ranging from 136 to 244 square meters.

The complex stands out for its differentiated product quality befitting a high-end residential development. In particular, in addition to the residents-only membership service, it will be the first in Daegu to introduce concierge services, expanding residential convenience with offerings such as "home meal delivery" and "healthcare services."

Furthermore, the finishing materials will include premium Italian kitchen furniture brand "Dada," high-end furniture brand "Armo," Germany's No.1 bathroom brand "GROHE," and Italian luxury tile brand "atlas concorde," all of which are expected to enhance the overall prestige of the development.

The Anard Beomeo model home is scheduled to open in May in Hwanggeum-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
