Get the Protein of Two Eggs in Just Two Slices
Packed with High Protein, Dietary Fiber, and Seven Grains
Pizza brand Domino's is launching a new product in line with health trends to mark the 35th anniversary of its entry into the Korean market.
On May 21, Domino's announced that starting from May 23, it will release the "High Protein Dough," which contains high protein, high dietary fiber, and seven types of grains.
The newly launched High Protein Dough was developed to match the growing consumer trends of slow aging and "Healthy Pleasure." According to Domino's, two slices of a large pizza made with this dough provide about 13 grams of protein, equivalent to the amount found in two eggs.
Additionally, the inclusion of seven nutritious grains is said to enhance both taste and health benefits. The High Protein Dough can be selected for three of Domino's popular pizzas: Black Tiger Shrimp, Wild Wild West, and Potato. It is available for an additional 3,000 won.
This new product is the third special menu Domino's has introduced this year. Previously, in January, the company launched the "1990 Domino's Best 5," which applied double crust dough to five classic pizzas. In March, Domino's released the globally popular "Philadelphia Cheese Steak" pizza, which was selected through a consumer vote.
