This briefing was organized to focus on discussing execution plans and strategies to achieve targets for underperforming projects with budgets of over 100 million won per department, with the goal of executing 205.4 billion won, which is 60% of the rapid execution target amount.
So far, the county has been strongly promoting proactive fiscal execution since the beginning of the year to revitalize the stagnant local economy. Going forward, the county plans to make full use of various rapid execution guidelines, such as advance payments, interim settlements of progress payments, and early ordering. The county will also focus on intensive management of large-scale investment projects and consumption and investment sectors to maximize the execution rate.
Governor Kim San stated, "Large-scale investment projects must proceed as planned to not only improve the rapid execution rate but also to increase public trust. I ask department heads to take responsibility and meticulously manage their projects so that they can be carried out as quickly as possible, even if only a little faster."
