The Department of Port and Logistics Systems at Dongmyung University will hold a special lecture with an industry expert as part of its 'Industry-Academia Convergence Lecture' series.
On May 22 at 2:00 p.m., Dongmyung University will host a special lecture featuring Kim Hyungsik, CEO of Nature Design, on the topic of "Online Marketing in the Logistics Industry." This lecture is intended for fourth-year students in the Department of Port and Logistics Systems.
During the lecture, CEO Kim Hyungsik will introduce online marketing strategies tailored to the B2B market, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. In particular, he will also share ways to strengthen competitiveness by incorporating the latest trends such as AI-based marketing automation and personalized service offerings.
The Industry-Academia Convergence Lecture is a program established by Dongmyung University to enhance practice-oriented education. Of the 15-week regular course, faculty members teach for 13 weeks, while industry experts teach for 2 weeks.
Professor Park Hyosang stated, "Field-oriented practical lectures have been greatly helping students enhance their employability," and added, "We hope that through this lecture, students will be able to experience the digital transformation trend in the logistics industry and make practical preparations."
Dongmyung University plans to continue strengthening practical education based on industry-academia cooperation, accelerating the development of talent for the regional logistics industry.
