Proposals Include Building a Talent Database
The Nazarene University Career Plus Center announced on the 20th that it held the "2025 First Half Youth Employment Council" to discuss cooperation measures to revitalize youth employment in the region.
The council meeting took place the previous day in the Sarang Hall conference room, with representatives from the Cheonan Employment Center, the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency, and the city’s Youth Policy Division in attendance.
Participants discussed building a talent database, securing online and offline promotional channels, and operating programs to strengthen job-seeking capabilities.
Additionally, they proposed tasks such as establishing a joint promotional system among institutions and expanding support for international students.
A center official stated, "We plan to continue strengthening regional youth employment governance and to cooperate with the local community through joint project planning and promotion."
