Dongshin University University Job Plus Center announced on May 20 that it recently operated the 2025 academic year 'Dream Together' and 'Jump Together' group programs at the Information Computing Center.
This program was prepared in connection with the Ministry of Education's Blue Ladder Project to support enrolled students in setting career goals appropriate to their academic year and systematically preparing for employment.
The Dream Together group program was conducted for first- and second-year students, helping them establish career goals through self-understanding such as interests, personality, and values. The Jump Together group program targeted third- and fourth-year students, providing guidance on how to explore job fields related to their majors and delivering information on utilizing NCS job descriptions, thereby offering practical assistance in preparing for employment.
In June, the center plans to operate the 'Happy Together' and 'Harmony Together' programs for all academic years, aiming to strengthen students' employment competencies and boost their confidence regarding employment.
Additionally, in August, the 'Passion Together' group program and a 'Financial Economics Special Lecture' will be held for graduates. These sessions will cover topics such as lifelong career management methods, strategies for improving job performance, and tips for adapting to the workplace as new employees, with the goal of supporting graduates' ongoing career development.
