The event, which took place on May 17 at Mirae Asset Center One in Seoul, was attended by a total of about 110 employees and their family members who were selected through advance registration.
The program was organized as the 'Center One Stamp Tour,' where participants visited various spaces within the Mirae Asset Securities headquarters and completed different experiences and missions. Participants collected stamps as they sequentially visited key spots, including: the main conference room, where they could learn about global business strategies; the trading center, where they could understand real-time movements in the global capital market; the studio, where they could experience content creation firsthand; and the 'Clock Without Hands,' where they could learn about investment principles and corporate culture. In particular, the studio offered a unique experience by incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) activities.
After the tour, a social contribution activity was held to put Mirae Asset’s philosophy of social responsibility into practice. Each participant made two donation items, which will be delivered to facilities and organizations supporting vulnerable groups.
A representative from Mirae Asset Securities stated, "We aimed to more sincerely convey Mirae Asset’s philosophy of social contribution through this unique experience of exploring the company and practicing sharing with family," and added, "We will continue to foster a culture where families are proud of the company and where work and family life are harmonized."
Mirae Asset Securities has consistently carried out a variety of family participation programs and social contribution activities. These include mural painting to revitalize local communities, cultivating the Mirae Asset Forest at Ichon Hangang Park for environmental protection, hosting year-end concerts with an orchestra of people with developmental disabilities to support vulnerable groups, and making Hickman pouches for children with pediatric cancer, among other initiatives to fulfill its corporate social responsibility.
