Showcasing a Variety of Asian Music Genres
Aiming to Broaden the Base of Popular Culture
Paradise City announced on May 20 that it will host the 'Asian Pop Festival 2025' on June 21 and 22.
Now in its second year, the Asian Pop Festival is a music festival where audiences can experience a wide range of Asian music genres in one place. This year’s event will feature around 50 artist teams from a total of eight countries. The lineup includes the band Jaurim, Jang Kiha, Silica Gel, Japan’s Ego-Wrappin’, Indonesian pop band Lomba Sihir, Idiotape, Jaytong, and Hypnotherapy, among others.
Performances will take place throughout Paradise City, offering a variety of cultural experiences centered around music. The early bird tickets released in March sold out immediately after sales began.
Choi Yoonjung, Chairperson of the Paradise Cultural Foundation, said, "The Asian Pop Festival aims to expand the base of popular music by providing a stage for talented musicians and offering audiences unique opportunities to enjoy culture and the arts, thereby creating a virtuous cycle. Going forward, we will continue the festival based on Paradise Group’s cultural and artistic DNA and develop it into a leading festival that contributes to the advancement of popular culture in Asia, beyond Korea."
Festival tickets can be purchased through Interpark. More information is available through the official Instagram accounts of Paradise City, the Paradise Cultural Foundation, and the Asian Pop Festival.
