Joint Briefing by Ministries to Be Held from May 26 to 28
The Ministry of Personnel Management announced on May 19 that it will hold the "2025 National Civil Service 5th and 7th Grade Open Recruitment for Private Sector Professionals (Minkyungchae) Joint Online Recruitment Briefing by Ministries" from May 26 to May 28.
This briefing has been organized ahead of the application period, which runs from June 2 to June 13, to enhance understanding of the Minkyungchae system and to encourage talented individuals to apply for public service positions.
This year, a total of 157 positions will be filled through Minkyungchae, including 40 positions at the 5th grade and 117 positions at the 7th grade, across 30 central government agencies, including ministries, agencies, and commissions.
The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety will recruit the largest number of candidates, with three positions at the 5th grade and 35 positions at the 7th grade in fields such as legal affairs, litigation, medical services, and medical devices. The Rural Development Administration will recruit 17 candidates at the 7th grade, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety will recruit 13 candidates at the 7th grade.
Personnel managers from the recruiting agencies plan to provide information on each agency's goals for the year, desired candidate profiles, and organizational culture during the briefing.
The Ministry of Personnel Management will also provide guidance on the Minkyungchae system, this year's exam schedule, application procedures, and important notes regarding the submission of supporting documents.
