Busan Veterans Association Women's Club Visits Senior Welfare Center for Parents' Day Volunteer Service

The Busan Veterans Association Women's Club (President Jung Yunsun) visited the Seomyeon Taeseong Welfare Center, a local daytime senior welfare center, on May 8 in celebration of Parents' Day, where they carried out warm-hearted volunteer activities.

This volunteer activity was organized to put into practice respect and gratitude for local seniors. The female members offered beauty services to the elderly and assisted with portrait photo sessions, sincerely wishing for their health and dignity.


Additionally, the members prepared and served a heartfelt meal, creating a meaningful occasion to share warm moments with the seniors. It is reported that the caring touch and dedication of the female members deeply moved the elderly participants.


Jung Yunsun, president of the Women's Club, said, "Although it is a small gesture, I feel rewarded to bring joy to the seniors," and added, "We will continue to carry out volunteer activities for the local community and the elderly in the future."


The Busan Veterans Association Women's Club has consistently played a warm and supportive role in the community by engaging in various sharing activities for veterans' families and vulnerable groups in the region.
