The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will operate the "2025 Educational Community Future Competency Enhancement Program" to respond to the administrative environment in the era of digital transformation and to improve practical field capabilities.
The office announced on the 19th that, starting from the 20th of this month, it will conduct three sessions of integrated real-time online training for local government officials, educational staff, and private school employees affiliated with the office.
In particular, this training aims not only to provide technical education but also to foster balanced development of convergent thinking and communication skills, such as mutual understanding, cultural and artistic literacy, and digital competency, which are essential for public officials in the future era of artificial intelligence (AI).
The main training topics include: ▲"Pacing Work Communication" ▲AI and Art ▲Utilization of Generative AI Tools ▲"Prompt Engineering," among others.
So Byungyeop, Director of Administrative Competency at the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, stated, "This program aims to present a new paradigm for future educational administration through a multifaceted approach, including up-to-date digital technology skills, creative thinking, and MBTI-based communication strategies."
