Approximately 90 participants attended the event, including CEOs and executives of member companies, as well as representatives from related organizations.

During the workshop, member companies gained insights into changes in the global economy and industrial environment, enhanced their mindset for technological innovation, and engaged in information exchange among members.

Donghan Yoon, Chairman of Kolmar Korea, gave a keynote speech on "Entrepreneurial Spirit Learned from Admiral Yi Sun-sin," emphasizing that an outstanding leader should possess four key virtues: attentive listening (communication), decisive action (do-or-die spirit), victory (thorough preparation and strategy), and love (fair reward and talent prioritization).

Sung Ho Yoon, CEO of MakinaRocks, highlighted the "Era of Hyper-Productivity Driven by AI Agents," introducing cases in which productivity improved remarkably through the adoption of AI agents, rather than simple AI models, in the AI era. He provided insights that could be applied to actual business operations.

Joo Ho Hwang, President of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, also spoke about "The New Era of Electricity and Nuclear Power," introducing the importance and successful cases of Korea's overseas nuclear power contracts. He stressed that promising mid-sized Korean companies, such as World Class Enterprises, should participate in technological advancement and innovation through nuclear power.

Eun Jung Kim, Director of the Mid-sized Enterprise Division at the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), presented key government policies supporting the growth of mid-sized enterprises. She noted, "There were about 900 cases of support for World Class Enterprises last year, an increase of more than 14% compared to the previous year," and stated, "We plan to actively support mid-sized companies so that they can enter new businesses through joint achievements with public research institutions, promote business diversification and innovative growth, and thereby strengthen their global competitiveness."

In addition, Pil Hwa Yoo, Professor Emeritus at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business, emphasized that "the top 10% of companies account for 80% of global economic profits," and insisted that companies should focus on true profit-centered management, rather than just sales volume. Dae Il Seo, Head of Division at Mirae Asset Securities, explained that companies need to better understand the global financial market environment in the Trump 2.0 era and establish new strategies accordingly.

Jun Hyuk Lee, President of the World Class Enterprise Association, stressed that "member companies of the World Class Enterprise Association play a pivotal role in the Korean economy, and their role is more important now than ever." He added, "Through this workshop, we will encourage and support each other, share high-quality information, and together foster an innovative mindset that transforms crisis into opportunity."

A representative of the World Class Enterprise Association stated, "We will continue to actively support the growth of our member companies by providing high-quality information and substantial content that will be of real help to them."
