Channel Corporation, the operator of Channel Talk, announced on the 19th that it has launched the beta service of its in-house work assistant artificial intelligence (AI) called 'Team Alph'.
Team Alph is a generative AI agent based on the GPT and Gemini models. When an agent leaves a work-related question in the Team Alph text input window, Team Alph either directly carries out the requested task or provides an immediate response by searching for relevant information in the enterprise document management tool 'Document', team messenger conversations, or on the web.

With the launch of Team Alph, customers can now use a variety of AI convenience features in the Channel Talk admin interface, including drafting message templates, summarizing conversation content, conducting quick research, checking spelling, and translating text.
Channel Corporation is offering Team Alph to all clients free of charge during the beta service period and plans to actively incorporate user feedback during this time before the official launch.
