Jeil Construction's "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky" Achieves Early Sellout

All Units Sold Out Just Five Days After Contract Signing Began
5% Down Payment and 6-Month Resale Restriction

Jeil Construction has achieved an early sellout of "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky," a residential complex supplied in the Yangju Station district of Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.

On May 19, Jeil Construction announced that all 702 units of Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky had been fully contracted just five days after the official contract signing began on May 7.

Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky consists of four buildings, with a total of 702 units spanning from three basement levels to 40 above-ground floors. The available exclusive floor areas are 70㎡, 84㎡, and 101㎡. Move-in is scheduled for January 2029.

The sale price for the 84㎡ exclusive unit was set between 517 million and 550 million won, which is similar to another complex that sold out within a month last year. Factors contributing to the early sellout include a 5% down payment, 60% interest-free interim payment, and a short resale restriction period of six months, allowing for resale before interim loan payments begin.

Additionally, Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky is a prime location complex situated about a four-minute walk from Yangju Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. Its status as a stop for express trains and its proximity to Uijeongbu Station, where the GTX-C line is scheduled to open, have raised expectations for excellent transportation conditions. Further transportation benefits are anticipated, including the planned Yangju Station transfer center, the proposed Seoul-Yangju Expressway, and the ongoing expansion of Sinpyeonghwa-ro.
