Largest Single Complex Last Year
A Total of 3,053 Units to Begin Move-In in November 2027
On May 19, Lotte Construction announced that it had achieved a complete sell-out (100% contract completion) of all 3,053 general sale units at 'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' is the largest single complex supplied in Seoul and the metropolitan area last year. The development consists of a total of 30 buildings with 3,053 units. Move-in is scheduled to begin in November 2027.

Lotte Construction stated, "Following the complete sell-out of 'Yongsan Namyeong Station Lotte Castle Heritage' on May 14, we have once again succeeded in achieving a full sell-out, demonstrating the power of the Lotte Castle brand." The company added, "'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' succeeded in sales thanks to products tailored to meet customer expectations and its excellent location, despite being a large-scale complex."
'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' is located in an area where several development projects are being reviewed or promoted, including the GTX D·E lines, the Daejang-Hongdae Line Cheongna extension, and the undergrounding of the Gyeongin Expressway. In addition, the complex is adjacent to Cheonmasan Mountain and a park the size of 11 soccer fields, providing a pleasant residential environment.
A Lotte Construction representative said, "We will do our utmost to meet the expectations of those who trusted and chose the Lotte Castle brand."
Phase 1 of 'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' consists of 20 buildings with a maximum of 26 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, totaling 1,964 units (59, 84, and 108 square meters of exclusive area). Phase 2 consists of 10 buildings with a maximum of 25 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, totaling 1,089 units (84 square meters).
