Kim Moonsoo, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, said during a TV debate hosted by the National Election Commission on the 18th, "Former President Yoon Sukyeol's declaration of martial law was wrong," but added, "As for the insurrection, the case is still on trial, so a judgment has yet to be made."
