Tomorrow (Monday), rain is expected in parts of the central region. The southern region will be mostly clear, but clouds will gradually increase starting in the evening.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, from the afternoon, rain will fall in some areas of the Seoul metropolitan area, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and northern inland Chungnam. After 6 p.m., rain is also expected in central and northern Chungbuk, northern inland Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous areas.

The rain will continue until the early morning of the following day. The expected precipitation for May 19-20 is 5-20mm in eastern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and about 5mm in Seoul, Incheon, and western Gyeonggi.

In areas where it rains, visibility will be reduced and roads may become slippery, so drivers are advised to maintain a safe distance and reduce speed to ensure traffic safety.

The morning low temperatures are forecast to range from 8 to 15 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 19 to 28 degrees Celsius. The expected morning lows for major cities are: Seoul 11 degrees, Incheon 11 degrees, Chuncheon 8 degrees, Gangneung 15 degrees, Daejeon 11 degrees, Daegu 12 degrees, Jeonju 13 degrees, Gwangju 14 degrees, Busan 15 degrees, and Jeju 16 degrees.

The expected daytime highs are: Seoul 22 degrees, Incheon 19 degrees, Chuncheon 23 degrees, Gangneung 27 degrees, Daejeon 25 degrees, Daegu 27 degrees, Jeonju 26 degrees, Gwangju 25 degrees, Busan 22 degrees, and Jeju 24 degrees.

Thick sea fog is expected in some areas of the West Sea, South Sea, and waters around Jeju Island. In particular, island regions may experience dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters and light drizzle, so vessels navigating or operating in these areas should pay special attention to maritime safety.

Winds will be strong, reaching speeds of around 55 km/h (up to about 70 km/h in mountainous areas), especially along the west coast, Gangwon Province, northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, and the east coast. Fine dust levels are expected to range from 'good' to 'moderate' in all regions.
