Kim Beom Stresses the Urgent Need for Creative Education in the Age of AI
"Korea Future Business School is the place where AI, human creativity, and emotional intelligence converge to nurture the business leaders of the future."
Korea Future Business School, led by Kim Beom, a KAIST-trained IT engineer and founder of the Feynman Education Group, has recently been officially launched. In an era when artificial intelligence (AI) technology is transforming industries across the board, the school has opened its doors with the mission of "cultivating future business leaders who will lead a new business paradigm."
Kim Beom, Chairman, is giving a greeting speech at the opening ceremony of the Korea Future Business School 'Future Business CEO Class 1' on the 13th. Provided by Korea Future Business School.
Kim Beom emphasized, "Creative and practical education is urgently needed to keep pace with the changes of the AI era," adding, "Our goal is to move beyond traditional theory-based education and to foster talent equipped with capabilities that can be immediately applied in real business settings."
The school’s core program, the "Future Business CEO Class 1," began on the 13th with all 50 seats filled. The first lecture was delivered by Kang Yoon Sun, Chairman of Juno Beauty Group, who passionately spoke on the topic of "Juno Group's Business Strategy for the Next 10 Years." Other prominent speakers scheduled to follow include Lee Yong Deok, former head of NVIDIA Korea, and Kim Sang Kyun, AI expert and professor at Kyung Hee University, as well as other leading domestic experts in future business and AI.
Kim Beom explained, "The advancement of AI technology is reshaping industrial structures. To respond to this, we need future business leaders who possess both creativity and practical skills," and added, "To this end, we have structured our curriculum around five core keywords that make up the acronym M.I.R.A.E. (the Korean word for 'future')."
The five keywords of M.I.R.A.E. are: Motivation (the mindset and motivation of future business leaders), Ideas (discovering business items and collaboration strategies), Research (practice-oriented learning and case analysis), AI (AI-based business models and automation strategies), and Education (lifelong learning and education for CEOs and executives).
The goal is to become "the top future business education platform in Korea" within the next three years. Kim Beom stated, "Through regular online and offline networking, we aim to establish a strong community of future business leaders and create a sustainable business ecosystem where technology and emotional intelligence are harmoniously integrated." Regarding admissions, he said, "Any entrepreneur, aspiring founder, second-generation business leader, or professional who wants to seize the opportunities of the AI era and apply AI trends to their work is welcome to apply."
Kim Beom emphasized, "Here, you can acquire practical skills that can be immediately applied to your business, such as hands-on knowledge and strategies for future business, AI adoption methods, and customer experience enhancement," adding, "You will also have opportunities for networking with CEOs and founders from various industries and for expanding your identity as a future business leader."
Kim Beom concluded, "Although we are living in a technology-driven era, true innovation is born only when human emotion and creativity are added," and said, "Korea Future Business School can be the starting point for that."
