Support for Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Overseas Expansion
The Chungnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency announced on May 16 that it has signed an agreement with Hoseo University to promote the local content industry.
The signing ceremony was held on May 14 at the agency's Asan branch, with Director Kim Gokmi of the Promotion Agency and Vice President for Special Affairs Kim Hongyeol of Hoseo University in attendance.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will cooperate in the following areas: ▲ talent development programs for international students ▲ support for content production infrastructure such as the agency's XR Stage ▲ fostering the regional content industry and promoting employment and entrepreneurship ▲ supporting content production and overseas expansion of local small and medium-sized enterprises.
Kim Hongyeol, Vice President for Special Affairs at Hoseo University, stated, "Based on our practice-oriented education and experience in industry-academic cooperation, Hoseo University plans to actively support international students so that they can make practical contributions to the local industry," adding, "We hope this agreement will serve as an opportunity to achieve both regional development and the cultivation of global talent."
Kim Gokmi, Director of the Promotion Agency, said, "We expect that the synergy created by combining the global networks of international students, the excellent products of local SMEs, and the agency's content production infrastructure will yield significant results."
