Air Busan, led by CEO Jung Byungseop, hosted a Family Day event, inviting employees' families. The event was organized in celebration of Family Month, allowing families to experience airline operations together.

The event took place at Air Busan's headquarters in Gangseo-gu, Busan, with around 120 employees and their family members participating and enjoying the occasion.
Air Busan offered a variety of programs so that family members could experience the airline's actual operations firsthand, including cabin crew service and safety training, making and tasting in-flight meals, and official character face painting.
An Air Busan representative stated, "We created a meaningful opportunity to connect with employees' families in celebration of Family Month," adding, "Through this event, we were able to strengthen employees' sense of belonging and loyalty to the company."
The company plans to continue its efforts to foster a family-friendly corporate culture in the future.
Air Busan has introduced and operates various work-life balance systems, including flexible working hours, family care leave and vacation, reduced working hours during pregnancy and child-rearing, and a joint workplace daycare center.
