Gwangju Bank announced on May 16 that it will hold the 'MoWaMoWa Savings Challenge' event for customers using personal deposit and withdrawal accounts until December 31.

This event is an interactive financial promotion that offers participants a 100% chance to win cash by spinning a roulette wheel each day, provided they succeed in increasing their account balance by the challenge amount they set in advance.

Customers who increase their average monthly balance from the previous month by at least the challenge amount (100,000 won, 500,000 won, or 1,000,000 won) are eligible to use the roulette. Up to 3,000 people per challenge amount category, for a total of 9,000 participants, can join on a first-come, first-served basis. The roulette awards instant cash prizes ranging from a minimum of 1 won to a maximum of 3,000 won at random.

Various additional benefits are also provided. Among roulette participants, Starbucks Americano (Tall) coupons will be awarded to 11 customers selected by monthly draw, 10 customers with the highest monthly balance increases, and 10 customers with the highest balance increases as of the end of the year.

In addition, customers who participate in the roulette at least five times in a month will receive an admission ticket to the 'Benefit Lounge' within GwangjuWaBank. Through the Benefit Lounge, participants can receive various discount coupons from partner companies.

Prizes will be awarded only to customers who agree to receive marketing messages (via mobile phone) at the time of event participation. For more details about the event, customers can visit a nearby branch, check the GwangjuWaBank app, the Gwangju Bank website, or contact the customer center.

Song Seokhyeon, Head of Gwangju Bank's Digital Finance Center, said, "Recently, there has been growing interest in 'app-tech,' which refers to using apps for financial management. Gwangju Bank will continue to introduce financial events that combine fun and practicality, expanding our points of contact with customers."
