On May 16, around 20 employees from the NongHyup Gyeongnam Inspection Office and Dong-eup NongHyup, together with the National Movement Headquarters for Urban-Rural Coexistence, participated in persimmon thinning labor support activities in Yongjeon Village, Dong-eup, Changwon City.

Currently, many farming households are struggling with labor shortages caused by rural aging and population decline.
Kim Dohyeong, head of the Gyeongnam Inspection Office, stated, "We hope to provide at least some support to farmers who are having difficulties with timely farming operations," and added, "Going forward, the Gyeongnam Inspection Office will continue to actively engage in social contribution activities such as labor support, taking the lead in realizing NongHyup that works together with the local community."
