Reflecting Daejeon's Unique Image with a Yellow Bottle Cap
The Daejeon Waterworks Headquarters announced that it will change the cap color of Itsusu (It's 水), its bottled tap water, to yellow, symbolizing Kkumdori.
The newly redesigned bottled tap water features a bright yellow cap and incorporates a design that reflects the unique image of Daejeon City.
The new design of Itsusu will be used for various public purposes, including promoting tap water at public events, providing emergency supplies during disasters, and supporting social welfare facilities.
Park Dohyun, Head of the Daejeon Waterworks Headquarters, said, "Since the first production in 2001, approximately 19.5 million bottles of Daejeon's bottled tap water have been supplied, playing a significant role in improving perceptions of tap water." He added, "We will continue to actively use bottled tap water at major public events such as the 0시 Festival to promote both the excellence of our tap water and the 'Kkumssi Family' brand."
