Gyeonggi Province will provide consulting services for farms participating in therapeutic agriculture programs.
The Gyeonggi Agricultural Research and Extension Services announced on May 16 that it will conduct the "2025 Customized Consulting for Therapeutic Agriculture Program Farms" for five therapeutic farms in the province, which were selected based on recommendations from municipal and county agricultural technology centers. The consulting will be carried out ten times in total, from May 16 to September 30, with the aim of improving the quality of therapeutic farm programs and strengthening the capabilities of farm operators.
Specialized consultants from the provincial Agricultural Research and Extension Services will visit each farm to provide tailored operational guidance specific to each site.
The main components include: ▲ distribution of specialized programs for each target group by the Gyeonggi Therapeutic Agriculture Center; ▲ diagnosis of resources, target groups, and activities for each farm; ▲ development of customized programs for each farm; and ▲ support for meeting the essential requirements for certification as an excellent therapeutic agriculture facility.
Sung Jehun, Director of the Gyeonggi Agricultural Research and Extension Services, stated, "We plan to continuously improve the quality of therapeutic farm programs through customized consulting," adding, "We will expand the number of certified excellent facilities so that participants can benefit from tailored services and farmers can achieve increased income."
