Business Canvas Launches 'ResearchAI' Feature for Recatch CRM Solution

"Client Pre-Research Time Reduced by 70%... Contract Success Rate Improved by 30%"

Business Canvas, the company operating the business-to-business (B2B) customer relationship management (CRM) solution "Recatch," announced on May 15 that it has launched the "ResearchAI" feature, which supports sales activities based on artificial intelligence (AI).

ResearchAI is a feature that automatically collects and summarizes information about client companies registered in Recatch using AI. By simply entering the name of a client company, users can instantly access key financial indicators such as sales, operating profit, and employee trends over the past three years, as well as the latest news and industry trends in real time.

Sales representatives can use the information collected by ResearchAI to carry out their sales activities. The company explained that this reduces inefficiencies caused by having to search for client information individually, thereby improving productivity in the sales process. According to Business Canvas, implementing ResearchAI can reduce the time required for client pre-research by more than 70% on average and increase contract success rates by up to 30%.

Business Canvas plans to further enhance the AI features of Recatch in the future. The company intends to expand its functions to recommend high-priority leads and propose customized meeting strategies based on client data. It also plans to develop generative AI-based features, such as automatic generation of customized emails for clients.

Kim Woojin, CEO of Business Canvas, stated, "Recatch is focused on fundamentally transforming B2B sales and marketing operations through AI. The launch of ResearchAI marks the beginning of a full-scale transition to an AI CRM, and we will continue to strengthen our position as a next-generation B2B AI CRM solution by further advancing our AI capabilities."
