Applications Accepted for 15 Units of Type 16h
from May 26 to 28
Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on May 15 that it is accepting applications for preliminary tenants on a first-come, first-served basis for 15 units of the 16h (residentially vulnerable) type Dasarooum Happy Housing in Seorim Village, Buk-gu.
This recruitment is for the remaining units after last month's preliminary tenant recruitment did not fill all available units. The eligibility requirements for applicants have been significantly eased, including not applying income and asset requirements. Those who are selected as eligible after the qualification screening will be able to move in starting in July.
Applications will be accepted in person only at the Seorim Village Happy Housing management office for three days from May 26 to 28. In particular, for this remaining unit recruitment, applicants will select their preferred building and unit on a first-come, first-served basis, pay a 20% deposit to sign a preliminary contract, and then complete the main contract after passing a qualification screening, including verification of home ownership status.
Further details can be found in the rental announcement section of the Gwangju Urban Corporation website, and consultations are also available through the rental housing call center or the Seorim Village management office.
