The grand prize went to a work titled "Nujeokgammi," submitted by students from Chonnam National University. This video expresses how, just as small things accumulate to create something great, the Korean economy has achieved significant development through the collective contributions of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The top excellence awards were presented to Lee Suyeon's "Small and Medium Businesses, Facing the Value of People" in the video category, and Choi Yejin's "The Power That Lights Up Korea, Small and Medium Businesses" in the poster category.
Lee Myungro, Director of Human Resources Policy at the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business, said, "Although small and medium-sized enterprises account for 99% of all companies in Korea and 81% of employment, outstanding young talent is reluctant to seek employment at SMEs due to prevailing prejudices. We hope that this contest will serve as an opportunity to raise awareness of the role and value of small and medium-sized enterprises."
