"Harmony of Emotion and Education,
The True Value of Integrity"
Goheung County in South Jeolla Province (Governor Gong Youngmin) announced on the 15th that it held the "2025 Integrity Concert" with all public officials on the 14th at the Kim Yeonsu Room in the Goheung Cultural Center.
This Integrity Concert was designed to move beyond one-way, knowledge-based education and instead use cultural content such as plays and performances to actively engage public officials and encourage their interest and participation in integrity.

The integrity play, which featured skits based on real-life cases involving the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act and the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, reminded employees of the value of integrity, leaving a strong impression and emotional impact. In the following special lecture on integrity, a professional instructor explained relevant laws and standards in an easy-to-understand manner, focusing on the cases addressed in the play, which helped employees better understand the subject.
Governor Gong Youngmin said, "The Integrity Concert has made a significant impact on our public service culture again this year, following last year's success," and added, "I hope this will be a meaningful opportunity for all employees to reaffirm their commitment to integrity."
Meanwhile, starting with this Integrity Concert, the county plans to continue offering employee participation-based integrity education programs, including an Integrity Talk with the governor, an Integrity Festa for communication between department heads and new employees, and an Integrity Golden Bell quiz game to test knowledge of integrity.
