Daeyoung Electronics and Korea Student Aid Foundation Sign MOU to Expand High School Graduate Recruitment

On May 14, Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byungil) and Daeyoung Electronics (CEO Baek Seojae) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at the meeting room of Daeyoung Electronics Gyeongsan Plant 2 in Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province. The agreement aims to promote employment among high school graduates and foster field-oriented talent.

This MOU is part of a collaborative effort to provide high-quality jobs to young people with a high school diploma and to nurture talent equipped with the skills needed in the corporate field. Through the agreement, both organizations plan to prepare and implement practical support measures, such as expanding recruitment, to promote employment for high school graduates.

This agreement is particularly drawing attention as a practical cooperation model that connects local industries with young talent. Going forward, the two organizations plan to establish a cooperative system and contribute to nurturing high school graduate talent.

Bae Byungil, Chairman of Korea Student Aid Foundation, stated, "It is important to create an environment where young people with a high school diploma can be recognized for their abilities regardless of academic background and can enter society in a stable manner," adding, "With this agreement, we will work together with outstanding local companies to provide more opportunities to high school graduates."

Baek Seojae, CEO of Daeyoung Electronics, said, "The future competitiveness of the manufacturing industry depends on young talent," and emphasized, "We will actively support young talent so that they can demonstrate their capabilities and grow in the corporate field."

Since 2020, Korea Student Aid Foundation has been operating the Central Employment Support Center, established by the Ministry of Education, to discover new jobs that reflect the aptitudes and capabilities of vocational high school students and to create a fair growth path for high school graduates. The foundation has been actively promoting high school graduate employment and, in cooperation with 18 city and provincial education office employment support centers, vocational high schools, and related organizations, continues to contribute to creating a favorable environment for high school graduate recruitment nationwide by discovering quality jobs.
